D&C because my uterus is a mess
I had the saline sonogram today and it showed that my uterus looks terrible. It should be smooth and it is the total opposite. He said it is probably because I never ovulate or get my period and I use Provera about every 6 weeks, so it is regular.
I am on day 9 of stims- my RE is stimming me very slowly because I had severe OHSS and blood clots in the past.
So the plan is to do the retrieval (probably early next week), freeze the embryos, then do a D&C in September, and then do an FET is October.
It can never be easy, huh?!
I HATE to ask, but did anyone have a D&C? Anyone have one for reason similar to me?

I had a d&c to get rid of a rather large fibroid. You will feel crampy afterwards just rest for a day or so and you should be good. Good luck.

I had a d&c, though it was following a miscarriage. Physically, I felt fine after. Actually, I was shopping at the LV store the next day  (retail therapy, and I felt so bad for myself. .it seriously helped!)

Boo, it stinks that you have to have a D&C to clean out your uterus but I'm glad that the RE was able to see it on the saline sono. Any obstruction or abnormal tissue is definitely a hinder in regards to implantation, etc.
So, yes, I have. I wouldn't say my uterus was a mess but I had one to clean out some polyps, leftover tissue from a previous incomplete D&C and then I had one in conjunction with a lap to remove mild endo and abdominal scarring. I've had a total of 4.

you and i are no stranger to postponing transfers, but im sorry its not going as planned (does anything ? )
Since I have fibromyalgia, I had a lot of cramping after my D&C (for a miscarriage) but "normal" people have no problems after a day or so. No bleeding. Praying everything goes well!
