cutting down on carbs question

cutting down on carbs question
I'm trying to have just one serving of carbs a day, in addition to fruit. Do you think it is better to have it for breakfast, or dinner? I work out in the morning/early afternoon.

morning..you don't want that sitting in your system so late in the day.. you want to burn it off
