curtain holdbacks...help
where do i put the iron curtain holdbacks? do they go next to the window on the wall or attached to the frame? should they be below the window frame??? i'm so confused and dont' want to drill any more holes than necessary in the wall.

They go on the wall.
Hold up the curtain to see where you would want it. I have them all differently in different rooms of the house.
Some are set really low and some are really high.
