cupcakes with pudding-like center?
I am having a tough time finding a good recipe online for cupcakes with a pudding center. I don't want to make pudding from scratch, I want to use a jello pudding box for the pudding. How do I make the cupcakes with the pudding in the middle? i am not so skilled at cooking but I want this to be my Saturday dessert project!

If you google Chocolate Fondant, thats like a cupcake made in a ramekin with a liquid centre. Give it a go...
Gordon Ramsay does a nice recipe, but its metric
I want to know how you get on.
