cruise or florida

I'm looking for vacation advice from the BTDT parents of toddlers. DD will be 14 months in February, the only time we can go on a family vacation is presidents week.

Here are our options:

1. Carnival cruise for 7 days. Leaves from Maryland - we would drive there.

2. Fly to Orlando and stay in a Resort Hotel - either Liki Tiki Village or Celebrity Resorts for 5 nights. Anyone been to either of those?

Flying to Florida is substantially cheaper, but doesn't include food. We'd also probably want to go to Disney for a day or two which would probably make the trips the same price.

Which would you do? Which do you think is better for a 14 month old and why?
