I cross fit!! I love it...we built a cross fit gym in my garage, it is seriously the best work out. Where do you live?

I'm in Massapequa. My cousin in Florida does it and SWEARS by it. I have all kinds of baby-weight to loose and figured this would be something different! Have you been to any of the gyms on the island?
