Cross your fingers please.....
My husband just called and apparently someone is coming to look at our house tomorrow (we're selling- been on the market for a month). We've found a house we want, but don't want to go into contract until WE have a contract.
Stupid softening market <kicks rock>
Our listing: (we live in Maryland- so don't get excited that it's a half acre for 329,000)
