Crocus bulbs and squirrels
.last year I planted crocus bulbs and all the squirrels got to them before they were supposed to bloom. What can I use to deter the squirrels?

We were told to use Blood Meal. It smells terrible, but it works. We planted a whole bed of tulip bulbs a few years ago and sprinkled this over the bed. Squirrels left it alone. They destroyed the pumpkins on my stoop, but left the bulbs alone!
