crockpot help
Who should i call, My crockpot lid is melting!! The handle and the hook that clips in on the back has melted off!!! I didnt even know this was possable, Im so sad i clearly use it alot but you would think a crockpot is made to handle high temps for a long time!!! Its only 3 years old too!

ii cant find the manual, ts 3 years old & i think it got left behind or tossed when we moved a year ago. :(

You can find it online, I broke the ceramic pot in mine and ordered a replacement no problem.

THANKS i just found the website. im going to call 1st n see if they will do anything for me since "i" didnt break it, it mealted but if not then i will just oder a new lid.
