crock pot meal idea for NYE
I am having a couple people over for NYE and working that day. Any suggestions for an easy to fix and serve meal for NYE?
I got a cookbook for Christmas but not loving anything in it

For Christmas Day Dh & I made a loin of pork in the crock pot. It came out great!
We just put the pork in, added a little water (up to the halfway point of the roast) cut up some carrots, onions, celery & potatoes added those and some seasonings (we like adobo, salt, fresh ground black pepper, parsley) and some white wine. Put it on Low for about 5-6 hours. It was so juicy and tender...we didn't even need a knife to cut it, it just pulled apart.
