crib to bed?
when did you transition your dc from a crib to a big kid bed?
especially if you were going to have a second kid and needed the crib? did you buy another crib or transfer?

We went from crib to toddler bed at 22 months b/c he climbed out. Then we went from toddler bed to twin bed at 33 months b/c DS2 needed to crib (which had been converted to the toddler bed).

crib to bed?
DD is almost 2.5 and we'll be transitioning to a toddler bed in the next month or two so we'll have the crib for the new baby due in december. Walmart has some toddler bed and mattress bundles for under $100 that have good reviews so we'll either do that or borrow a toddler bed and second mattress.

crib to bed?
At 2. We went from crib to twin. No issues. I thought about a toddler bed but it IMO is a step that is not necessary
