crib mattress
my mom has a crib mattress that is in perfect condition that she used for my little brother... its filled with horse hair (is that weird) and is it ok to use for our DD when we go visit her? Anyone ever hear of this kind of mattress? TIA

I would think it's fine to us for visits at Grandma's so long as Jordan isn't allergic to horse hair.

I dunno.... there are so many safety concerns now... I am currently wondering if the mattress might be too soft for LO to sleep on.....
"They" say that the mattress should be firm so that the baby can't snuggle their face into the mattress due to softness and suffocate....
God, I hate even having to talk about this stuff..
