I don't have either of the cribs, but from the pictures it just looks like one has solid sides and one has slats.

The difference is a bit more than the solid sides vs the slats. The legs on the two cribs are completely different - one is solid decorative wood the other is on wheels. I also think that if you see them in person you'll find that either one is a 3 in 1 convertible and the other is 4 in 1, or that the mattress positions are different.
