Creative Playthings or Wood Kingdom for Swingset?

Any preferences in terms of quality or price?

We purchased a Creative Playthings playset in Feb and had it delivered and installed in April. While everything from ordering to delivery was fine, that's where it ended.

I have a few installation issues (piece of wood badly splintered, a large crack in a support beam, delivered the wrong toy wheel, caps missing, wooden board over screwed and is uneven on our picnic table) and these issues have yet to be resolved. I have been on the phone with them at least 10-15 times. Have sent emails, emailed clear, detailed pictures as requested, been promised call backs, and nothing. At this point they don't even call. I received a call from corporate customer service about 2.5 weeks ago and I called back, left a message since no one ever answers, and have yet to hear back even though I stated I was VERY unhappy with the quality of service I have received.

I always saw great feedback about them on here but honestly at this point am sorry I went with them. When spending $3,000 on a swingset I don't expect to have to deal with this. We originally planned on adding on an additional deck and slide next year but doubt we will as I don't want to give them anymore of our business.

We just ordered from creative playthings, and they delivered it last weekend... the people that installed it were great, made sure i was happy with every piece that put together and where i wanted things!! and they cleaned up everything!! now when we were at the store looking at them its like buying a car, and negotiating.... so bring your A game ha! so far everyone i know only had good things to say about creative play things!

We purchased from Wood Kingdom because we wanted the PVC set....The Swing Kingdom installers came and couldn't install it! We told WK we had a 7ft across fence we were taking out, and they said it would fit......Well SK then shows up with it and says it won't fit the height clearance and that it should take 10 days for them to come back with a kit to assemble.......wrong, its taking another full month

Price..... PVC set they said start at like 2k, we got a 4k set its got a clubhouse with real siding & roof, monkey bars, 3 swings, rockwall ladder , slide and steering wheel thing

We went with Creative Playthings only bc I felt the set included more things. At Wood Kingdom everything was extra. We had no problem with delivery or installation. I felt both were good quality.
