Crazy headaches in first trimester

I did not have this with my previous pregnancies. I am almost nauseous from this headache and I am at work trying to deal! What can I do or take? I am going to call my doctor tonight and ask but I am wondering if any of you girls have any tips. I have had a headache for the last few days but today is a whole other level. Thanks!

Crazy headaches in first trimester

I had one daily for a solid 3 weeks. I was miserable. I was allowed to take Tylenol but didn't do it all the times. Sometimes I would take it at bedtimes so I could get some sleep. A cold compress on your head or neck can also help.

I had a couple of migraines. I caved and too extra strength Tylenol. Thankfully they went away. Feel better

I have been having these too starting the day I got my BFP! I find a little caffeine really helps, a small coffee or glass of cola and some Tylenol. Also, when its REALLy bad I used a Thermacare heat patch on the back of my neck/shoulders bc that's where my headaches seem to start...I think they are tension headaches.

I had headaches really bad in the first tri with my first and third. With my first, it got so bad I was throwing up and couldn't keep anything down. Tylenol didn't help but Fioricet and Zofran did (prescribed by my OB). It was about a week straight of it, at about 12-13 weeks. With my third, extra strength Tylenol helped. I forgot what the dosage limits were but it surprised me how much was okay. I took 1/2 that per day and was fine.
