Crashing! CIO related
I always see you girls talking about CIO with your DC.
What exactly does this mean?? I can't for the life of me figure it out!

Crying it out.
It's allowing the child to cry while falling asleep so they learn to self soothe. Doesn't work for all children, and they have to be old enough to handle it.
