Crap...failed the 1 hour with a ??? for BTDT moms
Now I have to do the 3 hour test.
I'm almost positive I will pass the 3 hour-but for BTDT moms- Has anyone had GD with 1 pregnancy and not others?

I never had GD with either pregnancy but I did fail the one hour with DS (first pregnancy) and had to take the 3 hour (and passed) and then I passed the one hour with this pregnancy no problem and never had to take the 3 hour. So I had two different expereinces. Good luck with the 3 hour. I'm sure you will be fine!

I am only in the early stages of #2 so I haven't been tested yet, but I failed the 1-hour with #1 and passed the 3-hour with no problems.
Did they tell you how much you failed the 1-hour by? My OB gave me numbers.

They said the new cutoff is 129 and I had a 147. It wasn't too too bad

I think I failed with a 135. The nurse told me that the numbers you have to worry about are in the 200's.
I didn't want to give numbers the first time, just in case!

I failed my first 1 hour with both kids...passed the 3h with my first...failed with the second. MD didn't even want me to attempt 3h with number 2 b/c I failed that bad! LOL!
