CRAP!!! My friggen back....
Is killing me again!!!! 
It hurts so much - I cringe everytime I have to [ick up my child... I decided not to give him a bath tonight, and I wanted to workout tomorrow morning...
Why does this keep happening?
Its all muscular, but it hurts more than anything!!!

Can you take some painkillers?
My back used to hurt me so bad when Noah was an elf that I would call my husband on the phone crying and he would have to come home from work and look after Noah!
Feel better, try to get some rest (yeah right, I know)

i went to the dr. last time - its just a muscle thing - I think its because my ab muscles got weak after having Cailen - I have to do more crunches....

I took advil - but I have muscle relaxers.... It hurts esp. when I carry him upstairs - I have a pretty good pain threshold, and I was lightheaded carrying him up the stairs - I was groaning - trying not to cry....
