CRAP. Has anyone's E2 ever gone DOWN?

Got the news today that my E2 went down from yesterday.RE said to double my Gonal-F dosage & take the cetrotide - then trigger tonight with 10,000 units of hCG (Novarel). I have to go for bloodwork tomorrow morning and if my E2 goes down we have to cancel - if it goes up, we continue.Has this happened to anyone before?I'm so upset right now...

I have no idea what my levels were so I can't help you. Can't they put you on estrogen patches or something? Why do they think it went down?I'm so sorry

Its happened to me a couple of times...not a whole lot, but it went down a couple of hundred pointsI never really got an explanation except for "sometimes it happens" good luck
