Cramps SUCK!!!
Oh boy do they ever!!! I lived without them for over 2 years with the pregnancy and the breastfeeding and now they are back!!! I don't think I will be able to get used to this again... And they said if I get on the pill it will be much less painful... Yeah right!

I get wicked cramps. I take Ibuprofen and it takes them away.

as soon as pms starts
pop 2-3 motri every 4 hours
youll never feel them if you keep taking thme in tihs fashion for as long as you have your aunt flo
