Cramping/pinching feeling- Is it Round Ligament Pain???

I am 16 wks & Last night and this morning I had a consistent pinching like feeling & slight cramps in my lower abdominal ( pelvic area) and prob more to the right side. I noticed it more when I was laying in bed and when change sides I was sleeping on.

Or sometimes I will feel it more when I have a full bladder...if that makes sense.

Is this Round Ligament Pain or maybe SPD???? B/c I do get terrible pain at night in my Hips too.

I am going to ask my Dr about it...I have an appt tomorrow.

I have had cramping through out this entire pregnancy since 6 weeks. Is it that some women just expereience more cramping than others? How the baby is lying...maybe pressed on my bladder or nerves?? ( Or is it too early for that)

It just happened again, my bladder was very full and when I got up from my chair it was a quick sudden pinch.

To me, ligament pain feels like a sharp stabbing feeling really low and on the sides...like around where your underwear elastic would be. Only happens to me when getting up or moving in a certain way. 16 weeks is definitely the time you'd be feeling it...

I cant say for sure what it is, but I can say that I have been getting this too, especially with a full bladder. (which feels like all day )
