Cramping in the third trimester...

Cramping in the third trimester...
So those menstrual like cramps I keep getting; are they Braxton hicks?!? I get them on and off a lot (But no tightening of the stomach).
Is Anyone else in the third trimester experiencing cramping? They are more frequent as the closer to the end I'm getting.

Do they go away if you drink alot of water or change position?? Then they are probably Braxton Hicks...thats what my dr said...but if they get more intense call the dr...

I get them all. the. time. The dr said most likely BH, I get no tightening either. Or they said it could be ligamnet pain. They can be pretty painful and scary.

They're totally normal and most likely BH contractions. It's your uterus' way of preparing for labor.
If they become consistent or very painful call the dr, those can be real contractions.
