Cramping

I know cramping is normal throughout your first trimester (thanks to you girls!). Yesterday, I had VERY intense cramping and could almost feel my uterus being stretched. Well today, I didn't feel nearly as much.

Is is normal to feel a lot one day, and not as much the next? Is cramping inconsistent during your first trimester? Are some days worse than others?

Re: Cramping

Not sure if there's one or two in there yet!

Thanks for the reassurance. It's just so strange that one day can be so intense, and the next, very little at all!

EXACTLY!! And some days it would be so intense that I'd swear I was losing the baby, next day nothing! The cramping mixed with the excessive discharge had me running to the bathroom MANY times a day in fear that it was blood gushing from me!! I was nervous wreck for many many weeks! It does get better!

Re: Cramping

completely and totally normal. I remember coming on here and posting the exact same question--it's really scary, isn't it? It's all good unless accompanied by bleeding.

Take a deep breath, I know it's really hard to relax during these few weeks. Chat Icon
