Coxsackie with NO fever?
So mikayla was diagnosed with this on Monday (with just one sore in her throat). That night, she ran 102 fever but motrin brought it right down. Now for the past 2 days (I have been home with her cause the ped said it was highly contagious), she has had NO fever. She has been complaining a bit and pointing to her throat... but I thought fever went along with this virus. And she has not gotten any other sores on her hands or feet
wierd or not??

Re: Coxsackie with NO fever?
not weird. My DS had it pretty bad but only had a fever for 2 days. Then it was all about the throat AND no sores on the feet or hands
IMO your DC had a mild case. Some kids have very few symptoms
BE THANKFUL
