Dd went from long naps & sleeping 5-6 hours last week to wanting to nurse all day & 1 hour naps & waking every 3 hours at night to eat...

I did start pumping once a day in the am/early afternoon... Could this have messed up my supply? I thought pumping more out would make me make more? I'm trying to build a freezer stash for a few upcoming events that dd can nor attend...

Or could it just be a growth spurt...
