Could it be the GARLIC????
Last week, at a wedding, since there was nothing else for me to eat, since I'm a vegan, I ordered pasta with sauce. I vomited shortly after eating it.
I'm in Georgia now for another friend's wedding. We were at the rehearsal dinner last night, which was at an Italian restaraunt. Once again, nothing else for me to eat but pasta and sauce.... And as soon as we got back to our friends' house, made a bee-line to the bathroom, and threw it all up...
At 1st I thought it was the sauce, but this morning I had an everything bagel, and I'm a little queasy and burping up the garlic... luckily I still have a few Zofran, and popped one just in case.... the actual wedding is tonight, and I don't want to get sick again....
anyone else have this experience with sauce, or garlic maybe?
since the m/s has been few and far between at 4 mts, I'm determined to find a reason for this!!!!

It may also be the pasta. It is starchy and very heavy maybe it was too much for your belly.

Re: Could it be the GARLIC????
I think this is common, my SIL couldn't eat pizza because the sauce made her ill.
Listen, I think my baby may be a vegitarian because I can't even think about meat! So funny, right?

Re: Could it be the GARLIC????
very, very common! 2 of my cousins and my SIL had to avoid red-sauce at all costs during their pregnancies. One hubby actually had to call and beg us to change the shower menu (we were having it an Italian restaurant) as the very sight/smell of tomato sauce was that bad.

Re: Could it be the GARLIC????
Could be. I had MS thorugh my entire pregnancy. Nothing specific triggered it.
But I have a question....If the Zofran works why not take it all the time? Why wait till that feeling comes on?

well - I'm in my 4th month - and its sooo expensive - there are some days where I am fine, and it makes me really constipated - I'm trying to wean myself off, and just save it for those days where I'm really nauseous!

Re: Could it be the GARLIC????
I hear ya on the pricey thing but if you are concerned about not gaining weight and are still throwing up I would stick with it.
Constipation could be from your vitamin as well.
