Could it be 2 year molars this early????
DS is almost 17 months----last week he started drooling & sticking his fingers way back in his mouth----he already has 16 teeth (and his 1 year molars are totally in), so next up is 2 year molars---could they really start to come in this early???? Or maybe its something else???

My oldest DD had all her teeth in by 18 months old. He isn't too young. My youngest DD is 20 months old and only has 2 teeth left to cut. She cut tooth #17 and #18 around 18 months old.

DS started doing that around the same time. Even when the dr saw him a few months ago he said 'Oh! That one is about to come through.'
It just broke through today. (Just shy of 22 months.)

DS had ALL his teeth well before he was 18 months. He also got his first tooth at 3 months though so, yes, it is entirely possible
