Could I have hurt myself? Semi-Pg related

I was just walking really fast carrying a large photo album when my lately very clumsy self ran right into the side of the door propelling the corner of the photo album into my stomach area - the area is on my right side around three inches below my chest - like the soft spot right under your ribs. It hurt and felt like my entire insides were pushed in for a minute - now i feel a bit sore and have a bit of an achy feeling in that area (although it could be all in my head b/c i am nervous about it) - now I am pretty sure that nothing baby related including the baby is anywhere near this area yet - I am only 13 wks - I just had a sono on monday and the baby is still pretty far down - but, is anything in this area I should be concerned about? I know they say all your insides are pushed up - so now im worried I could have done some sort of internal damage or internal bleeding? I have an OB appt on friday but wondering if I need to call now b/f that?

I tend to be on the nuerotic side so I am posting to see if you all think this is ok or something i should be worried about?

I'm sure you are fine but I would call the doc for peace of mind.

I'm sure you are fine, but if you are worried call your dr. and see what they say.
I would be driving myself crazy the same way.

You are fine. I have a 2.5 year old DD and she has kicked my belly while carrying her or changing her so many times throughout this pregnancy and baby is OK. They are well protected in there!
