Cough medicine
Anyone know off-hand what type of cough medicines are safe to use? I have a wicked cough, barely slept last night. Thanks!

I just spoke with a pharmacist yesterday and he told me there is nothing over the counter that is safe unfortunately so he directed me to speak with my dr

Same here.
I'm currently going through this with an upper resp infection. Yesterday was so bad I couldn't breathe and the cough was so strong I literally was peeing a little bit. I asked if I could take anything, like musinex and was only told that I can take Robutussin but it has to be regular, NEVER ANY D OR DM with any medications. I have been taking Tylenol for the sore throat and I'm on an antibiotic. It's been going on since last Friday and I'm FINALLY feeling better today! O! And zyrtec has been helping too with the congestion.

Thanks ladies! I seem to remember that now from my other pregnancies! Hopefully it helps a bit!
