costco photo cards
do you have to be a costco member to order cards there?
my membership lapsed recently and i signed up with Bjs so i no longer am a member.

Yes, I'm pretty sure you need to be a Costco member to pick up the photos.
Does anyone in your family have a card? i've heard that if they give you a gift card (or you give them $ to get you one), the gift card works as a membership card.
