Costco cakes?
How far in advance do you need to order them? And I'm assuming you just go to the store and anyone in the bakery dept. can help you, I don't need to call and speak to someone specifically, right?

ive ordered them and picked them up a day or two later.. and i just walked in, filled out an order form and thats it.. paid for it when i picked it up.

At BJ's, they need 24 hours. Anyone at the bakery should be able to take the order.
