Cost for basic landscaping
Just curious what you pay for someone to to do very basic landscaping? Trimming hedges and cleaning up weeds. No mowing.

to a professional grass cutter, basic is just mowing your lawn weekly, anything above that usually cost extra than the 20/wk, cost will depend on how many bushes etc.
Not sure if a basic cost to give you

Do you mean one time or on a schedule?
Not sure if any landscaping company would do it on a schedule since its probably not worth it for them to come to you for that little amount of money they could charge if you arent going to get mowing.
We pay 30/wk for mowing and edging (80x100 property) but they've also been doing weeding and trimming even though we haven't asked.

OK. I have 6 hedges that need trimming and weeds pulled and edging I guess it best to just call and get price on that only. Thanks

When I had hedges, it was about $700 twice a year to trim and maintain. That would be why I don't have them anymore. But I had A LOT of hedges - like took up most of my front yard crazy amount of hedges. Slowly I got rid of them all. $1400 a year for hedges I did not even want.
As for pulling weeds, I had my landscaper do it once. It was $100 on top of my regular service. But I also have a crazy amount of garden beds that are not in use and so full of weeds. Now I just let them grow.
