get there early if you have to work after
usually long waits unless its the beginning or end of a series

I filled out a handwritten piece of paper with my info on it. Given to me by the receptionist at sign in station. Totally not a formal form. I don't know if they knew I was coming but I had called Dr. D's assistant b/c of the 4th of July issue I had. I tried talking to the woman at the front desk (mind you there was NO ONE in the waiting room, which was kinda odd to me) and she was very non-challant about it and I was trying to tell her what the test was for and that I am not currently a patient etc... Couldn't hurt to call his office and let them know you will be coming in for CD2 b/w. I didn't pay either. They said they'd bill me. I guess they will bill me with the consult fee after this week. Yikes think its gonna be $850 for both. I'm a little nervous for my Thursday morning appointment. You'd think I haven't done this twice before.
I thought their waiting room was HUGE. But, then it was totally empty. I'm sure I wont see that again. I've heard various things about their waiting room. Getting their early is supposed to be good and getting their late it supposed to be good. I guess we'll be finding that out. Though I will be doing monitoring in Garden City during the week.

Oh and just an FYI - the building is on the Southwest corner of 70th and York.

I think the new series just started July 12th. At least from what I read on IVFConnections.com. I've been keeping up on series 79.
