corned beef and cabbage for 8-9 ppl
i have 2 4lb corned beef briskets..do you think that is enough? or should i get another one? i know they shrink.but im scared i wont have enough

I would make 3. They do shrink a lot.

I agree. I made a 3lb one this weekend for 3 people & there was barely enough left for my lunch the next day.
