Cooking Yourself Thin

I do not know if anyone has heard about this show yet but it is on lifetime and it tells you how to make simple, easy and fast recipes. The reason it is good is because it is food that you probably already eat all the time and they just teach you how to swap the recipes to make them less calories and healthy for you. My question is - how would you figure the ww points when all I have is the recipe and the amount of calories per serving? Do I have to go ingredient by ingredient?? Also, check out the show on line, plus they have all the recipes on line to be printed out too!!!

if you have etools, you can go on line and input the recipe and serving amount and it will come out with how many points per serving
