cooking class?
anyone know where i can sign up for a 1 time cooking class - nyc or long island? not looking for a long term thing - just a night out to cook and eat. don't want a private lesson. anyone ever do this or hear of it?

My husband and I just took a class at Viking Cooking School in Garden City. We had a great time and the food was fab!
