cooking Channel??
For those that have optimum online/ cablevision, do you know if there is a cooking channel. I don't mean foodnetwork, it's called the cooking channel. i can't seem to find it and a friend that lives in Queens told me about it. Was wondering if LI gets it too!

There is a Cooking Channel, however, I don't think Optimum/Cablevision carries it. Direct TV does though.

Dish Network has it too. It's owned by the same parent company as Food network, so it airs a lot of older FN programs which FN doesn't show any more. They also have a few new original programs.
It's pretty good. No 'reality' shows on it, thankfully.

If you go to the cooking channel website you can request for cablevision to get the channel. Maybe if enough people request we might get it!
