CONTRACTS SIGNED!!!
Just waiting for them to get back to the seller's attorney and hopefully we'll be all set to go forward this week!
Sellers want to close on or around July 15th!!!! I need to get PACKING!!!

Thanks  This has been such a crazy process and I know its only the beginning. I'd seriously rather plan 10 weddings then go through this cr@p again
