Contractions
What are they supposed to feel like?
I have been having lower back pain all morning, and now I am feeling a little cramping in the front?
But I have no idea what they are supposed to feel like....
BTW I am 37 weeks

Could be, could not be. Its not so much a matter of what they feel like bc that is different for everyone. But if you drink a lot of water, move around, and they dont stop and increase in frequency, strength and duration over time, they are probably contractions.
ETA: my contractions started as back pain.

i didnt really have back pain,
but they def felt like period cramps...
ive had some cramping prior to the day i went into labor, but when i woke up that day, they were def stronger and make me think twice about it actually being labor....
my water actually broke too tho.
i was 37 weeks

They don't feel super strong, but a dull pain, so I am just going to wait it out and see what happens.
I have a doc appt tomorrow so they will be able to tell lol
I remember the doc saying something like if you have back pain during your regular period then you will get it during contractions, and vice versa
