Contract to Closing BTDT
How long did it take approx. from Contract to Closing? Say if you wanted to close in 60 days did it take longer then that?

Ours was about 45 days
Depends oon how fast your bank can clear you to close.

Mainly depends on the bank, and how fast they process the loans, but also depends on whether there are any title issues, such as open permits/outstanding COs, and how strict the bank is about such things. I would say 45-60 days is average. But I've seen certain banks close within 30 days.
