Continued Care (Anyone familiar with this co)

Ped prescribed DS a nebulizer last week. I get a call today from a woman from Continued Care asking for a $9 co-pay towards the machine. I was caught off guard so I asked for her to send me an invoice. She pressed for a credit card over the phone. I didn't feel like this was 100% so I told her I didn't have one.

Anyone have any experience with this company? Is this the norm? Any co-pay bills in the past always came through the mail.

I can't stand them. My dh has a cpap thru them and this woman called and said she wasnt sending dh the necessary masks, etc that go with the machine because we haven't paid. So I explained that I never received a bill. She yelled at me on the phone basically saying I'm trying to get out of paying it. She, too, wanted a credit card # on the phone. I refused saying I'm paying with flex so I need a paper invoice. Then I found out from another associate you can sign up for an online account and see all balances, etc on there. Saw it, printed it, paid it.
