I used a spongy type drawer/shelf liner in these horrific cupboards we had in our last apartment. They worked very well and were super easy to install (just cut to size). It's in the same aisle as contact paper.

I bought something similar and I was able to find a ton of it at Price Club for cheap.

I have the same - only problem is that it never stays in the cupboard. If I lift out a pan/pot/whatever, the liner comes up with it.
Does anyone else have this issue? Should I just staple it down? Its one of those thing I always say I'm gonna fix and never do..
