Contact Lense Question

I have bad luck with them, and haven't worn them in almost a year. The last time I did, there was that whole Renuzit/eye fungus debacle. Is it ok to use it now? If not, what do you use?

TIA!

Just don't use Renuzit...I've never had a problem, even with the Renuzit.

Re: Contact Lense Question

I use the CVS brand solution i think... it's an all in one (cleans, rinses, disinfects & stores). I have the disposable lenses that I throw out after 2 weeks.

ETA: I just checked... i'm currently using the CVS brand multi-purpose solution. I usually just buy what's on sale.

I buy the multi-purpose solution from Costco (Kirkland brand). It comes in a 3-pack and its not expensive at all. I wear accuvue 2 disposables.

Well if you are using Renuzit in your contacts- that could be a problem- considering it's an air freshener!

Re: Contact Lense Question

Is it Re-Nu? Now I feel like I'm going crazy. I need recs, 'cause I don't like the one I'm using now.

Yes I think it was Renu.
I use the Target brand multi purpose- in the green box.
It's so cheap and it works great!

Same here, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I have never had a problem with opti-free, so I never changed my solution.

3rd vote for Opti-free. I've been using it for 15 years with no problems.
