My doctor recommended one ounce of water to get things moving. If he won't drink the water from the bottle, just put extra water in his formula. Unless you are BF'ing, then I don't know.

We give Alexis 2 ounces water, 2 ounces prune juice. Works every time.

I do not know if you are BFing ..but for me I ate a few prunes nursed him then BAM it worked like a charm!

DD was constipted after her first set of shots and a baby suppository did the trick its so tiny so no violation
