I was approved for X amount.

My pre-approval letter said the max I was allowed to spend, and it stated that my taxes must not exceed X amount.

So, I'm assuming this means that if I spend the ultimate amount, I cant go over X amount of taxes , right?

I emailed my guy, but figured I'd ask here for now.

Here is what it said:

You are approved for X amount, based upon a max monthly payment of X (which includes principal , interest, taxes, hazard insurance & mortgage insurance). The monthly real estate taxes are not to exceed $X.

Is it implied that my taxes are included in the monthly payment? Or I can't exceed them?

Thanks!!!!
