Conflicting Child-Rearing Techniques?
Not so much disagree or conflicted. But since DH works so much he def tends to coddle DS - picking him up all the time etc, stuff DS doesn't need with me or at daycare. I chalk it up to him just missing him and not really understanding our routine. Unless its something big (never happened yet) I just go with it...

Conflicting Child-Rearing Techniques?
I think you should have a real heart to heart with him but you should be open to compromising because you both have different ideas. If your DH has been controlling in the past when it comes to your child, you definitely need to discuss why he feels that way or why he tries to undermine you. Good luck!
