Confirmation Party...Am I missing anything?
This is my menu. The only thing I think is maybe some fruit for dessert. Oh..for about 20 people (5 kids)
Drinks:
Water
Ice Tea
Pepsi
Diet Pepsi
Root Beer
Sprite
Sangria
Appetizers:
Potato Chips, Pretzels with Onion Dip
Tostitos with Velvetta & Salsa Dip
Veggies with Veggie Dip
Dinner (Catered):
Penne ala Vodka
Chicken Francese
Sausage & Peppers
Antipasto Salad (a combo of a salad and antipasto salad together)
Garlic Sticks
Dessert:
Sheet Cake
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Fruit-??
Coffee
Tea

Sounds great! Only thing I'd add is maybe a plain salad (in case people don't like antipasto salad) and maybe a 12 pack of beer, if anyone will drink it.

I feel like you're missing a veggie side....
and as PP mentioned, a plain salad.
I'd definitely do the fruit for dessert too!
