Computer help needed!
I accidentaly uninstalled the Kodak Software I had on my computer last night and it had a bunch of folders in it with a ton of pictures in them.
Is there any way to get that back?
I'm kicking myself for doing that...

does your computer have a go back option?
if you have windows xp, you should have a system restore option.

can I do this even if I already shut down, and restarted my computer?

wait until the computer has restarted itself.

Re: Computer help needed!
System restore will usually only restore operating system files and files in your profile.
If the pictures were in your profile (ie. in My Pictures, My Documents, or on your Desktop) then you have a good probability of restore using system restore. If the pictures were saved elsewhere, then it is likely that they would not be backed up by system restore.
You can reconfigure system restore to backup other types of files, but that takes additional separate configuration steps.
PSA: System restore is not an acceptable backup method; you should use a different backup method to backup all files and folders to a different computer or media type.
If you'd like to try it, here is a link on how to use it.

Re: Computer help needed!
ok...so i retored to an earlier date, and now the kodak icon (the one i uninstalled) is there, however, when i click on it, nothing happens.
i'm also getting an error when i start up my computer...it says:
Runner Error Runner file name (kodak software updater.exe) lacks a '-' (the app id seperator)
what does this mean?

Re: Computer help needed!
So you got your pictures back?
If you want the kodak software back, I would reinstall the software manually.
