Hi,
My Laptop just stopped working..i can't even shut down. In the past, i had a friend who knew about computers and would help me in a situation like this, but he has moved.
Should i bring it to Microcenter, or Bestbuy? Or will they overcharge me.
Does anyone know the best way to go about getting this fixed?
