Completely Vain Princess-like vent

DH wants to go into the city and meet up with some friends to hang out. He would have to pick the day I didn't dress or bring my makeup bag...grr....

I'm going to feel like the ugly duckling..

ok, vain princess-like vent over.

No, I don't want to go shopping or hit D-Reade for make-up. I just want to say grrrr...

Re: Completely Vain Princess-like vent

You're not vain! I'd feel the same way.
You just like to look your best around others! Nothing wrong with that.

It happens to me all the time- the days I look great- good hair day, make up perfect- are the days where I have nothing going on and end up sitting home. The days I have things to do and people to see- are the days I end up looking like cr@p!

It's just Murphey's Law!

Also, it would be the first night home doing nothing all week and I just want to cuddle up with DH and do nothing. I want to order in Mexican food and chill on the couch with my kitties and DH.

grr.....

Hey I love a good night out, but I had that twice this week already...I'm gettin too old for this!

UGGGGHHH!!!Chat Icon He's taking a 3:40 train into the city...that's because all of his drunken friends are guilting him into it.

I am not in the mood. I told him I want to go home. He asked if I would be mad if he went without me. Heck yes! I want to be home with you. What the heck man, I'm home alone all the freakin time because of our work schedules.

I've decided not to go. I'm exhausted and I hear my couch and guacamole calling my name.
